Our founding history
ODS Architecture & Building, is a construction company that has specialized in the construction of high standing single-family homes, we work mainly for developer groups in the Southwest area of Mallorca, Santanyi and the North area.
We combine construction for clients with our own promotion, being quite focused on multi-family housing and single-family houses in the southeast of Mallorca.
Our team is made up of senior technicians with extensive experience in the construction sector.
